Yes. Stride Pharmacy is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council, the body that regulates pharmacies in Great Britain. Our registration number is displayed in the footer of every page and links directly to our entry on the GPhC register, where you can confirm it independently.
Search the pharmacy's registration number on the GPhC register and check that the name and address on the register match the ones on the website. A legitimate UK pharmacy will display its registration number, a registered address and a named Superintendent Pharmacist, and will always require a consultation before supplying a prescription medicine. If a site offers to sell you a prescription medicine without any clinical assessment, that is a clear warning sign.
Every assessment is reviewed by a qualified healthcare professional before any treatment is approved. Our Superintendent Pharmacist is responsible for clinical governance across the service, and is named on our About page along with their registration details.
Some treatments we offer are prescription-only. For those, you complete an online consultation, a clinician reviews your answers and medical history, and a prescription is issued only if the treatment is appropriate and safe for you. We cannot supply a prescription medicine without that assessment.
Your consultation answers and medical details are held confidentially and used only to assess and manage your treatment. They are not shared with anyone outside your care without your consent, except where we are required to by law.
Orders are packaged securely and delivered unbranded, across the UK. Nothing on the outside of the parcel indicates what is inside or where it came from.
