Your plan, in your pocket

The app carries the parts of the month you should not have to hold in your head.

The app’s strength plan, a week of sessions under a note on why the plan is built that way

Lose weight, protect your muscle

When you lose weight, some of it can be muscle.

Use our app to help:

- Build a strength plan around your equipment and schedule

- Hit a daily protein target

- Track both every week

The app’s day plan, three meals with the protein in each counted against the day’s total

Eat enough, not just less

Eating too little can affect your muscle, hair and energy.

Use our app to help:

- Make sure you’re eating enough calories each day

- Hit your protein goal alongside it

- Log meals from a photo, a barcode or your usual favourites

The app’s injection map: a body diagram with each site marked available, used in the last four weeks, or selected, over a list of the last four doses

Your dose history, in one place

Track every dose, every site.

Use our app to help:

- Log where you’ve injected with a simple tap

- For reminders, sites used in the last four weeks are greyed out, so you can rotate easily

- Track your dose history, so it is saved and ready for your pharmacist review

The app’s hydration tracker, showing millilitres drunk against a daily goal beside one-tap amounts to add

Stay on top of hydration

It’s easy to drink less than you need when you’re eating less.

Use our app to help:

- Achieve your daily water goal

- Log a glass in one tap

- See what’s left for the day at a glance

Eligibility

Who treatment is for

Weight loss medication is not for everyone. These are the starting points a prescriber looks at.

Your BMI

30 or above

Or 27 and above where you also live with a weight-related condition such as high blood pressure or type 2 diabetes.

Your details

18 or over, living in the UK

We need a UK delivery address and, with your permission, your GP details so your care stays joined up.

Your history

Some conditions rule it out

Pregnancy, breastfeeding, certain thyroid and pancreatic conditions and some eating disorders mean treatment is not appropriate.

Meeting these points does not guarantee a prescription. The prescriber decides, and they may decline or ask for more information.

Weight loss questions, answered.

You complete an online assessment covering your medical history, current health, lifestyle and what you want treatment to achieve. A clinician reviews it, and if a treatment is suitable for you they will discuss the options and put a plan in place. If it is not suitable, they will tell you why and what else might help.

Eligibility is based on your BMI, your medical history and any weight-related conditions you have. Rather than guess, complete the assessment and a clinician will confirm whether treatment is appropriate for you. There is no obligation to go ahead.

Your height and weight, your medical history, any medicines you already take, previous attempts at weight loss, and anything that might affect whether treatment is safe for you. Answering fully and honestly matters, because the clinical review depends on it.

Assessments are reviewed by our clinical team and you will be contacted with the outcome. If we need more information before making a decision, we will ask you for it rather than approve or refuse on an incomplete picture.

Yes. Weight management works best as part of a wider plan, so our team stay in touch through your treatment to check how you are getting on and to adjust the plan where needed.

No. Any treatment we provide is intended to be used alongside a reduced-calorie diet and more physical activity, not instead of them. Your plan will cover what that looks like in practice.

A clinician will explain why and, where appropriate, talk through other options. Being told no is a sign the assessment is doing its job.
