The app carries the parts of the month you should not have to hold in your head.
Some of what comes off on these medicines is muscle. The app builds a resistance plan around the kit you have and the days you can commit, sets a daily protein target, and counts both off each week.
Appetite drops fast, and eating far too little costs muscle, hair and energy. So the app sets a calorie floor rather than a limit, holds a protein goal beside it, and logs a meal from a photo, a barcode or your usuals.
Tap where you injected and the app greys out every site used in the last four weeks, so absorption stays even. That history sits on your record, ready for the pharmacist at your next review.
These medicines raise the risk of dehydration, and thirst is a poor guide once appetite drops. The app holds a 2.5 litre goal, logs a glass in one tap, and shows how far short the day still is.
Included on iOS and Android at no extra cost, from the day your first order is confirmed.

“The monthly check-in is the bit that worked”
I had tried on my own more times than I can count. Having someone actually look at my numbers each month, and adjust when it stalled, is what made the difference. The first fortnight was rough and the pharmacist talked me through it.
“Nothing was oversold to me”
The assessment was thorough and I was told plainly that the treatment might not suit me. When it was approved, the plan came with a starting dose and an explanation of why. It arrived in plain packaging, which mattered to me.
“The app kept me honest”
Logging the weekly dose sounds small but it stopped me drifting. Seeing the line move over six months, rather than one weigh-in to the next, changed how I thought about the whole thing.
Nobody can tell you that in advance, and we will not pretend otherwise. Results vary with the medication, the dose, and what changes alongside it. What we can tell you is what the evidence shows on average, and your prescriber will go through what is realistic for you.
Plans start from £99 a month, including the medication, the needles and delivery. There is no separate consultation fee and no joining fee. The assessment itself is free, and you only pay if a prescriber approves treatment.
Nausea, constipation and tiredness are the common ones, and they are usually worst in the first few weeks after a dose increase. Rarer but serious effects are listed in the patient information leaflet, which you should read in full. Tell us about anything you notice at your monthly check-in, or sooner if it worries you.
We ask your permission to write to your GP so your records stay complete, and we would encourage you to say yes. You can decline, and the prescriber will take that into account when deciding whether treatment is appropriate.
You can cancel at any time and there is no minimum term. Appetite usually returns once the medication stops, so weight can come back, which is why the plan spends as much time on habits as on the injection.
Yes. We dispense from our own registered UK premises, our prescribers are UK-registered, and a pharmacist checks every order before it is sent. Our registration details are in the footer of this page.
